Corporate Photography FAQs

What types of photography services do you offer?

I specialise in corporate photography including professional headshots, events, business stock photography, and merchandising and interiors.

Which areas do you cover?

Based near Reading, I primarily work throughout London, Berkshire, and the Southeast. However, I’m available for projects nationwide and can regularly travel further afield.

What is your experience?

I have been a professional photographer for just over 30 years. Photography has always been my passion and I am proud that many of the clients I worked with, when I arrived in London from honing my skills in Spain, are still my clients today. My clients include brands, corporations, PR and marketing agencies, financial instructions, legal teams, events organisers and start ups. You can see some of the clients I’ve worked with on the left.

Can you come to our offices to do studio style headshots?

Yes. I have a mobile headshot setup that I can bring to your offices to do professional headshots for your team. I bring a background and lighting too. You can choose either a studio style backdrop or I can use your location as the backdrop depending on the style you want to achieve.

Do you do video?

I work with an incredible videographer so if you need video for your project, just ask and I can put you in touch with him.

How quickly will I receive my images?

Standard delivery is within 48 hours of the shoot. Same-day delivery is available upon request for urgent projects (please specify this need when booking).

What format will my images be delivered in?

Final edited images are delivered via a digital download link sent to you via email.

Do you offer rush delivery for urgent projects?

Yes, same-day delivery options are available. Please mention your timeline when booking so I can accommodate your needs.

What rights do I have to the images once I've paid?

Your license to use the images is specified in our agreement. Typically, clients receive a license to use the images for their business purposes for an agreed period. The copyright remains with Jon Bradley Photography.

Do you offer image storage/archiving services?

All images are archived for 1 year at no extra cost. After this period, retrieval may incur an administrative fee.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a shoot?

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the full cancellation policy. In general, cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice incur a fee, with the percentage increasing closer to the shoot date.

Can you work in challenging lighting conditions?

Yes, I bring professional lighting equipment to all shoots and have extensive experience working in various challenging environments, from low-light conference venues to bright outdoor locations.

Do you have backup equipment?

Absolutely. I always carry multiple camera bodies, lenses, and lighting equipment to ensure no technical issues will impact your shoot.
Are you insured? Yes, I maintain comprehensive professional indemnity and public liability insurance for all photography work.
