ConnectTVT Reading launches 50 Game Changers #50changers
We spend most of our time shoot events for businesses in London so it’s always refreshing to work somewhere more local to us. So whenever we work with the team at GROW @ Green Park and ConnectTVT we’re very happy. Not only are they total game changers in the Thames Valley (really do check them out), they’re local to us too!
A bit of background, ConnectTVT was launched two years ago in Reading. The aim – to put the Thames Valley back on the tech and digital cluster maps. And gosh, has the spotlight been dragged back to where it should be by the tireless efforts of Louize Clarke.
From the very start of ConnectTVT Louize has been a client of ours and a much loved one too.
Although most of our clients are in London we are based in the Thames Valley so Louize and her vision is our vision too. To put the area back on the map.
Clearly we’re not tech and most of what’s talked about at the digital events we photograph goes way over our heads, but the innovation, the creativity and the passion of all the players is infectious and we’re delighted to be apart of it.
Their latest initiative is The 50 Game Changers and many of the game changers who made the cut gathered at an evening event at Matchbox Reading. Louize played host and was joined by special guest Gerard Grech from Tech City. The evening also welcomed Rexy (the 3D printed dinosaur) and a 3D printed hat, with pegasus suspended within (it took over 16 hours to print!).
It’s seems that together ConnectTVT and it’s tribe are making great things happen and giving the digital dinosaurs a run for their money. We’re delighted, in a small way, to help build that buzz. Not only were we there shooting event photography, we also put together a great little film of the night. Catch it at the end of the blog post.
